HOW WE MAKE ?
We collect ripe capia peppers from the tap fresh products of the region and choose the most beautiful ones. After washing with plenty of water, we cut the stalks and remove the inner cores. Then, to cut into small pieces, we put the peppers crushed with a meat grinder on the trays, add enough rock salt and dry them in the sun for 5-7 days. When our tomato paste, which is mixed every day, is ready, we jar it to present it to you.
